Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung Technisches Asset Management, Baumanagement und Gebäudebetrieb
- Du arbeitest bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung gewerblicher Revitalisierungs- oder Sanierungsprojekte, Bauen im Bestand oder Mieterausbauten mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Bestandsdokumentation, Datenaufbereitung und -bereinigung von verschiedenen Objekten und erstellst Berichte für das Management (Monats- und Quartalsreports)
- Du wirkst bei der Kosten- und Budgetplanung mit, inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung von Budgetprozessen
- Du arbeitest mit Fachbereichen sowie externen Stakeholdern (z. B. Architekt:innen, Ingenieur:innen, Projektentwickler:innen) zusammen
- Du übernimmst Sonderaufgaben, die sich kurzfristig ergeben – oft besonders spannend und abwechslungsreich, jedoch nicht immer im Voraus planbar

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau, Immobilienmanagement/-wirtschaft)
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Planung, Steuerung oder Realisierung von Bauprojekten (Bauen im Bestand, Sanierungen, Mieterausbauten) gesammelt, was von Vorteil ist, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du hast Interesse an ESG, Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen (z. B. LEED, DGNB, BREEAM) und/oder Betriebsoptimierung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Dokumentations- oder Controlling-Software (z. B. Evana, Probis, Alasko, Power BI), was ein Plus ist
- Du bist bereit, innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen, was von Vorteil ist, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, und du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), wobei Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil sind

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
