Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst, kontierst und verbuchst Eingangsrechnungen, Reisekostenabrechnungen und Kassen
- Du erstellst Zahlläufe und stimmst Konten mit Lieferant:innen und Kolleg:innen ab
- Du erstellst Auswertungen und Statistiken und übernimmst vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Du übernimmst Sonderprojekte zur Unterstützung der Teamleitung und wirkst an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender buchhalterischer Prozesse mit
- Du erstellst interne Dokumentationen und zeichnest Prozesse auf und wendest sicher die Programme Datev, Allinvos und Sfirm an

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Student:in der Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Controlling etc
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Du hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Wir machen eine alte Strandkorb-Lagerhalle zum Hotel mit Rooftop-Pool und Sterne-Restaurant. Für unsere Strandbar rühren wir im Jahr 20.000 Kilo Milchreis an – mit der Hand. Unser Bäcker backt neben Brot aus Urkorn auch Hunde-Kekse. In unseren Inselhotels findet man keine Muscheldeko und im Landgasthaus keinen Schwarzwaldkitsch. Die Verbindung zwischen den Betrieben auf Norderney und dem Hotel im Schwarzwald ist unser Hauptsitz in Bremen. Hier befinden sich die Personalabteilung, das Marketing, die Buchhaltung sowie die Geschäftsführung. Außerdem werden von hier aus auch Architekturprojekte und Immobilien betreut. Wir suchen uns nur Projekte, die wir von Anfang an richtig und ganz machen wollen. Leidenschaft statt Langeweile. Träume verwirklichen statt sich im Alltag verbiegen. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
