Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für technische und vertriebliche Fragen unserer Reseller
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen aus dem Vertrieb, Customer Success Management und der IT zusammen
- Du leistest technische Unterstützung bei Cloud-Telefonanlagen und Internet-Services
- Du führst Portierungsverfahren durch und überwachst diese
- Du bearbeitest und kontrollierst das Ordermanagement
- Du diagnostizierst und behebst Netzwerkfehler
- Du schulst unsere Reseller in Bezug auf neue Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Technologien
- Du gestaltest aktiv bei der Implementierung von KI-basierten Lösungen mit und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse weiter
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst unsere Wissensdatenbank und dokumentierst Support-Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Informatik oder einen anderen für die Aufgaben relevanten Studiengang bereits seit mindestens 4 Semestern
- Du bringst Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Support und in der Vertriebsunterstützung mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Telefon- und Internetprovider
- Du besitzt erste Kenntnisse in Cloud-Telefonanlagen und Netzwerktechnik sowie tiefgreifende Erfahrung mit Order Management und Portierungsverfahren
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse und Offenheit für zukunftsweisende Technologien wie KI
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Linux und modernen IT-Systemen
- Du verfügst über eine kreative und innovative Denkweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern
- Du hast hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen klar zu kommunizieren
- Du arbeitest selbständig, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
