Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten detaillierte technische Zeichnungen und Pläne für Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- und Sanitäranlagen, unter Nutzung von CAD-Software, und berücksichtigen dabei geltende Normen und Vorschriften.
- Sie unterstützen die TGA-Planer bei der Planung und Projektierung der technischen Anlagen und sorgen für eine präzise Umsetzung der Vorgaben in den Zeichnungen.
- Sie koordinieren und arbeiten eng mit Architekten, Bauherren und anderen Fachplanern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle technischen Zeichnungen und Pläne optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
- Sie überprüfen die technischen Zeichnungen und Pläne auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit und nehmen bei Bedarf Anpassungen vor, um den aktuellen Planungsstand widerzuspiegeln.
- Sie verantworten die Dokumentation und Archivierung aller technischen Zeichnungen und Pläne, sodass alle Unterlagen jederzeit zugänglich und aktuell sind.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Gewerken reibungslos verläuft, um den gesamten Ablauf der Bauprojekte zu fördern.
- Sie tragen zur Einhaltung der individuellen Anforderungen der Bauherren und der Projektstandards bei, indem Sie kontinuierlich auf die Qualität und Genauigkeit der Pläne achten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Systemplaner:in oder technischer Zeichner:in
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und LiNear
- Sie bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse in Revit mit
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel)
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig und zuverlässig
