- Du optimierst gemeinsam mit unserem bestehenden Tech-Team unser Hardware Produkt, das das Teilen von nachhaltigem Strom in Mehrfamilienhäusern möglich macht und löst aufkommende Bugs
- Du treibst mit deinen innovativen Ideen die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösung voran
- Du trägst durch die Suche und das Testen von alternativen Bauteilen maßgeblich dazu bei, die Produktionskosten zu senken und eine stabile Produktion sicherzustellen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfüllung von EMV/EMI-Anforderungen und den Tests
- Du gestaltest und optimierst Hardware-Designs, erstellst Schaltplan- und Layout-Designs
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem interdisziplinären Teams, wie Embedded Software, Portal und weiteren Abteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung als Embedded Hardware Entwickler/in im Bereich Leistungselektronik mit
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist sicher im Schaltplan. und Layout-Design sowie in der Optimierung von netzgekoppelten Wechselrichtern (Grid-Tie Inverters) bei Spannungen bis zu 600V und 12A
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit Regelungstechnik, Mikrocontrollern und bist vertraut mit Leistungshalbleitern und Mix-Signal-Schaltungsdesign
- Du bist erfahren mit leistungsstarken Komponenten wie MOSFETs, IGBTs und Dioden unter Berücksichtigung von Effizienz, Wärmeentwicklung sowie EMV/EMI-Anforderungen
- Du bist sicher im Hardware-Software-Co-Design und beherrschst PCB-Design mit Tools wie EAGLE, Fusion, KiCad oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Du hast Freude daran in einem wachsenden Start-Up und einem dynamischen Team zu arbeiten
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf englisch (C1) und/oder deutsch (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
