Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt globale Vertriebsteams bei der Verbesserung von Vertriebsprozessen und der Datenqualität entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.
- Du trägst zur Prozessoptimierung bei, indem du effiziente Prozesse entwickelst und implementierst, um die Produktivität zu steigern und die Durchlaufzeiten der Vertriebsteams zu verkürzen.
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Flussdiagrammen.
- Du unterstützt Change-Management-Initiativen, indem du der Vertriebsorganisation hilfst, neue Prozesse einzuführen und die damit verbundenen Veränderungen innerhalb der Organisation zu bewältigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
