Senior Controller im Energy und ESG Advisory (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie der Analyse der Plan-Ist-Abweichungen.
- Du ermittelst KPIs und Abweichungs- und Sonderanalysen, als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Führungsebene und die verschiedenen Funktionen des Unternehmens.
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Koordination der jährlichen Budgetplanung und Forecasts mit und gehst den Ursachen für Planungsabweichungen auf den Grund.
- Du entwickelst mit dem Head of Controlling & Operations das Berichtswesen weiter und etablierst neue Reportings und Dashboards.
- Du analysierst und interpretierst die Monatsergebnisse aus der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und erstellst daraus resultierende Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Du führst betriebswirtschaftliche Bewertungen von Projekten und Investitionen durch.
- Du übernimmst Ad-hoc-Analysen und Auswertungen für das Management.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in der Beratung sammeln.
- Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit Excel und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit DATEV, LucaNet und den gängigen BI Tools sammeln können.
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige, zielorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstark und hast Spaß daran, im Team zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
