Als Servicetechniker:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Aufgabe bei der Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von automatischen Tür-, Tor- und Schrankenanlagen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anlagen zuverlässig funktionieren und Kund:innen jederzeit auf einen sicheren Betrieb vertrauen können. Mit deinem technischen Know-how, deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und deiner direkten Arbeit vor Ort trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, reibungslose Abläufe im Alltag von Unternehmen und Einrichtungen zu sichern. Gleichzeitig bist du wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Kund:innen und stellst durch deine Serviceorientierung die Qualität und Zufriedenheit nachhaltig sicher.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich Wartungsarbeiten, Fehlersuche, Entstörung und Reparatur von automatischen Tür-, Tor- und Schrankenanlagen durch
- Du erfasst relevante Daten für die Auftragserfassung und Angebotsabgabe
- Du klärst Angebotsbestandteile vor Ort und mit der Sachbearbeitung im Innendienst
- Du installierst neue automatische Tür-, Tor- und Schrankenanlagen, verdrahtest, programmierst und stellst diese ein sowie weist die Kund:innen in die Nutzung ein und übergibst die Anlage

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Elektroniker:in, Elektromechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast Spaß am selbstständigen Arbeiten und Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung, wie Bohren, Trennen, Heften, Schweißen, Gewindeschneiden sind ein Plus
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Servicebewusstsein, Kundenorientierung und ein freundliches Wesen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
