Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die verfahrenstechnische Konzeption unserer Membran- und Filtrationsanlagen, legst Prozessparameter aus und erstellst die dazugehörigen P&IDs als Grundlage für den gesamten Anlagenlebenszyklus.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion übersetzt du die prozesstechnischen Anforderungen in fertigungsgerechte Anlagenlayouts und Rohrleitungspläne.
- Du bewertest die technische Machbarkeit sowie Wirtschaftlichkeit neuer Projekte und agierst als zentrale technische Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Fachbereiche.
- Du unterstützt die Projektleitung mit technischer Dokumentation und begleitest aktiv Tests sowie die Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen vor Ort beim Kunden, um die optimale Prozessleistung sicherzustellen.
- Du pflegst die technische Dokumentation im SMAP-System und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer verfahrenstechnischen Standards und Prozesse voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen, z. B. in Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Verfahrenstechnik mit, idealerweise im Anlagenbau oder in der Wasseraufbereitung.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit P&IDs, beherrschst verfahrenstechnische Berechnungen und hast Erfahrung in der Auslegung von Komponenten wie Pumpen und Armaturen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und kommunizierst technische Sachverhalte klar an Schnittstellen wie Konstruktion, Projektleitung und Kunden.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Tools wie SMAP gearbeitet und bringst CAD-Grundkenntnisse (z. B. SolidWorks) mit – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
